Cancellation Policy
At The Blake Denver, we strive to offer an exceptional experience at every appointment by reserving time dedicated solely to you. To ensure we can continue providing top-notch service and fair compensation for our stylists, we kindly remind you of our cancellation policy:
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Not confirming your appointment does not automatically cancel it. To cancel, please use our app or contact us by phone or by email.
If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, we will charge 50% of the booked service to the card on file.
If a client no-shows their appointment, we will charge 100% of the booked service to the card on file.
We understand that life happens and unexpected situations arise. However, please note that we are unable to waive cancellation fees for last-minute changes due to external factors, such as technical issues, family emergencies, or illness. This policy is in place to ensure our dedicated stylists are fairly compensated for the time they have reserved for you.

Adjustment Policy
We offer adjustment services within two weeks of your scheduled appointment. After this period, we cannot guarantee the color's appearance or the effects of the client's maintenance. Factors such as water quality, product usage, and client tampering can significantly impact the color over time. If adjustments are needed, only one adjustment will be offered per paid service.
If you require an adjustment after the two-week period, please schedule a new appointment.
